Our CAD team can collaberate with you on industrial covers to your specification, manufacturing to British standards 9001, using mil-spec materials"
Highly experienced in developing and manufacturing bespoke machine covers, Devon Disability Collective (DDC) offer mil-spec cover solutions for land, marine and air. We will manufacture to your specification working directly with you, utilising our CAD team and sourcing materials with capabilities that meet your needs and challenges.
Understanding this industry and the testing environments military products endure, our covers are heavy duty, high wear, robust and come purpose made to fit any vehicle and equipment no matter the size and shape. We also offer a printing service for logos and texts, and our covers can be fitted with eyelets and ties in a variety of finishes.
Being a UK manufacturer we can offer expedited turn-around in our BSI ISO 9001 quality accredited 10,000 square factory and can accomodate large production runs as well as one off production work.
DDC collaborated with Supacat on the Jackal military camourflage cover (see above photos & video), to protect personnel and equipment from observation by enemy forces. Meeting Supacat’s specification, DDC utilised technical fabrics such as Cordura, high tensile nylon, webbing, and high performance thread ensuring resilience in testing environments.
Supacat is a world leading specialist in the design and development of high mobility defence vehicles with over 1000 battle-proven vehicles delivered into service globally. Thanks noted to Supacat for use of images & video.
