Fully Reclining Wheelchair Redistributes Pressure
Days Fully Reclining Wheelchair is built with a hydraulic recline mechanism allowing wheelchair users to adjust the high backrest nearly to any position from 90° to 180°. Supporting the users’ body weight, the reclining wheelchair adjusts vertically and horizontally. The wheelchair features elevating leg rests to support the calves, making the design as supportive and safe as possible. The variation in angle provides the user with a change in orientation, enabling redistribution of pressure and increasing comfort and sitting tolerance.
Self-Propelled for the Independent User
Designed to keep the wheelchair user safe and secure at all times, the Days Fully Reclining Wheelchair is also self-propelled for the independent user. The self-propelling wheel, set back towards the rear of the frame, helps prevent tipping backwards in addition to the anti-tip device. For additional comfort, the wheelchair also features a detachable head support, moulded armrests and elevating leg rests.
Highly Durable & Safe Construction
Easily maneuvered, the wheelchair is constructed for use on various terrains for indoor and outdoor use. The chrome plated steel frame is highly durable and requires minimum maintenance. The detachable armrests help to assist users getting in and out of the chair and can be removed for slide transfers.
